Production Metal 3D Printer

The Metalform140 uses selective laser fusion technology (SLM) and is equipped with one (or two) 500W fiber optic laser source to print complex parts with a wide range of metal powders. It offers high performance, in particular to reduce production costs while improving results. Its open source software technology will allow you to customize your own 3D printing settings and your own library of materials, opening a field of possibilities.

With its EasyMultiMetal technology and large construction volume of 140 x 140 x 140 mm, the Metalform140 can produce parts with several metals.

  • PRÉCISION ET REPETABILITY: Thanks to its multiple printing strategies, the Metalform140 offers an accuracy of 50 μm, with a repeatability of 20 μm. In addition, it can print parts as small as 200 μm.
  • INTERFACE SMART: The Metalform machines are designed with the operator in mind. To produce the parts as easily as possible, the software interface is equipped with automated functions that guarantee an optimal experience.
